Founder and lead consultant O.S. is an FAA-licensed pilot, former Air Traffic Controller, and APICS-certified logistician with 20 years of servant leadership and 15+ years successfully leading railroad operations. His experience spans private industrial rail terminals, Class-I mainline operations, Class-I sales and rate structure, commodity logistics management, rail-served facility development, AAR/FRA compliance, strategic sourcing, OEM contract management, and launching AI-enabled locomotive operations nationwide. He holds a B.S. in Aeronautics (minor in Airport Management) and an M.S. in Transportation Logistics and Supply Chain Management, both from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
